We love our shoes and bet you will too. But if you decide you need to
return them for any reason, we'll cover the cost for continental orders.
Please just make sure they are in "new" condition - not worn outside or dirty.

In the "customer notes" section, type in that you would like a refund.
This will generate a return label you can print off, and drop off at the post office.
Once we receive the returned shoes, we will process your refund within 48 hours, and send you an email notification.
It has typically been taking 1-2 weeks for returns to get back to us, we appreciate your patience.
- You may return items for a full refund within 45 days of purchase free of charge (in the continental US).
- For returns shipped from outside the continental U.S., initiate your return and note that you are responsible for shipping charges, as well as any taxes, duties, or custom fees incurred from the return.
- Products must not be damaged, washed, altered or show signs of wear.
- Please return products in their original packaging if possible.
- You will receive an email from us when your return is processed.
- For returns shipped from outside the U.S. or its Territories, any taxes, duties, custom fees or shipping charges incurred from the return will be the responsibility of the customer.
- Gift cards are not elligible for returns.
Products purchased through a retailer store or online retailer (Amazon, Gardener's Edge, Gardener's Supply, Zappos, etc) should be returned to them. Please contact their customer service departments if you need assistance.
