Great Customer Support

UPDATE: They reached out to me and informed me they have a 1 year warranty on their products which is awesome! They are sending a replacement pair which will have a different thread than the original pair so I am very excited to try them out. This is exactly how a company should handle issues with their product after the return period. Based on how they handled this I will be trying their other products out. 10/10 would absolutely recommend! I LOVED these pants… before the crotch area started rip out. I have only wore them a total of 8 times but at $10.62 a wear I don’t think they are worth it. I wish they had lasted longer, but they unfortunately did not. Onto the next brand.

Do you offer a military discount?

Yes! We offer a 20% discount for active military and veterans. Please email support@kujo.com a picture of your military ID or DD-214 (with your SSN covered), and we'll get you set up.

Inventory

When will my size be back in stock?

We typically stock up on all products / colors / sizes in early spring for our peak season (currently mid-late March). If we get products checked in sooner, we will begin to ship. We also will occasionally restock throughout the year. Please sign up for our email alert (if you are not signed up already, please visit kujo.com and go to the bottom to sign up. Please also follow our social channels @kujoyardwear as we will post there as well when we will be back in stock.

Where is Kujo located?

We are a small, family-owned company based out of Raleigh, North Carolina (that is where we design and test our shoes) with some team members in Michigan. Our warehouse is in Ohio (that is where we stock and ship our shoes from). Our shoes are manufactured overseas in China. We work with a very high quality, tier 1 factory, and our manufacturer (based in California) has a team of Quality Control Managers that oversee our production runs.
