We offer free exchanges for recently bought items that are still in "new" condition (not worn outside or dirty) for orders in the continental US.

1. Click on this link: initiate a free exchange
2. Select the items you wish to exchange. Select "exchange" and choose the new item you would like.
3. Confirm that the items are still in "new" condition (not worn outside or dirty).
4. Click "Generate Shipping Label"
5. Print the generated shipping label and package slip.
6. Attach the shipping label to the outside of the shipping box, and place the packaging slip in the box.
7. Drop off the package at the nearest Post Office.
   • Drop-off receipt - please remember to request a drop-off receipt when leaving your package at the USPS. Proof of drop-off is required if there are any issues for us to move forward with next steps or look into missing exchanges.
8. Once we receive your shipment, we will send out your new items within 3 business days, and send you an email notification with tracking information.
9. You can track the progress of your shipment back to us, our processing, and our shipment back to you on the Orders, Returns, And Exchanges page.

Exchanges are free both ways. The fastest route is to place a new order right away for the size or style you want, then send the original items back with the prepaid label. Once your original items arrive and pass inspection, we refund the cost of the original gear.

Outside the Continental US we do not provide prepaid labels, and all shipping costs, duties, and fees are non-refundable. You mail your original items back yourself: start your exchange and we'll give you our return address and a packing slip to print and put in the box.

In each case you have two ways to exchange:

• Option 1 — Fastest: Place a new order right away for the correct size or style. Once your original items arrive back and pass inspection, the cost of the original gear is refunded (minus original shipping).
• Option 2 — Standard: Mail your original items back first. After we process them, you’ll receive a shipping invoice starting at $15 USD (final cost based on the number of items) that must be paid before your replacement ships.

• Option 1 — Fastest: Place a new order right away. Once your original items arrive back and pass inspection, the cost of the original gear is refunded (minus any original shipping).
• Option 2 — Standard: Mail your original items back first. After we process them, you’ll receive a $35 USD shipping invoice that must be paid before your replacement ships. Any Canadian duties or taxes on the replacement are the customer’s responsibility.

• Option 1 — Fastest: Place a new order right away. Once your original items arrive back and pass inspection, the cost of the original gear is refunded (minus any original shipping).
• Option 2 — Standard: Mail your original items back first. After we process them, you’ll receive a $65 USD shipping invoice that must be paid before your replacement ships. Any duties or import taxes on the replacement are the customer’s responsibility.

• You may exchange items within 45 days of purchase free of charge for orders in the continental US. Yep - free return shipping back to us, and free shipping for the new pair out to you!
• For exchanges shipped from outside the continental U.S., you are responsible for shipping charges, as well as any taxes, duties, or custom fees incurred from the return.
• Products must not be damaged, washed, altered or show signs of wear.
• Please return products in their original packaging if possible.
• You will receive an email from us when your item has been processed, and another with tracking data when the new item is shipped.
