I ordered the KUJO Yard Shoe in my normal size of 10 1/2 for all my shoes. The 10 1/2 that I received was somewhat small. I made the mistake of not trying them on until I was wearing them in the yard. Normally you cannot return shoes to any company once you they are worn outside. I called the company and explained what happened. They were more that happy to send me a pair in size 11 that solved the issue and told me to keep the old pair as well!! It’s rare to find a company that provides such amazing customer service as this small family owned business. I would give them 6 stars if that was possible!
