So a month in half ago I ordered same Jax I previously ordered and have wore for year and half. They fit great and seemed to be like my first pair. After about a week in a half I developed some huge blisters which I never experienced before with this brand. I reached out to the online help center and they sent me a new pair after sending them pics of my feet and they made up for the other pair that hurt my feet. That was exceptional service and I would recommend Kujo to anyone looking for great yard shoes! I have since bought an insert to the shoes that hurt my feet and they are also working great now. Thank you Kujo for the great customer service and I plan to order yearly from you.

I ordered my regular size of nine and a half, but it was too tight.I had to return em and get a ten which Kujo did without hesitation thank you

Just got these and so far, I'm impressed with the product and the service. First, they were ordered with a 15% discount coupon, and I was happy with the price. Customer service rep contacted me a day later saying my veteran's discount would save me an extra 5%, and he refunded the price difference with no request on my part. That's certainly something I've never experienced before. Second, delivery was fast - 3 days by UPS. Very happy with the shoe - the fit was perfect and they are by far the most comfortable work shoes I've ever tried on. Just mowed my one-acre yard with a push mower and my back, legs, knees and feet thanked me for getting these. A real game-changer so far. Of course, time will tell how they hold up, but so far, I'm very happy. Kudos to Kujo!!!

Now that I've had a chance to use these in the garden, I can report that I'm very happy with them. They provide helpful ankle support, are sturdy yet lightweight, and breathable. Will also add that when I was first considering these, I had questions about sizing. My email questions were promptly replied to with helpful information that led me to make my purchase. It was a pleasure to experience such positive customer support.

I bought these for lawn care a few months ago. I normally wear boots but I wanted to try something more lightweight and I saw these on YouTube. They are very comfortable like sneakers and already feel Broken in. They have venting so when you blow them off you can feel the breeze. I also stepped in a pond first Thing in the morning and they dried pretty fast all Things considered. I did have another pair of socks luckily. Their customer support is also amazing I had a small issue and they quickly resolved it no problem at all. I am going to buy the water proof boots next. Thank you Kujo I am a customer for life. I give a 5 I had a issue with one on the boots after I wore them for a couple of weeks and they sent me a replacement and the customer service was nice and very helpful I highly recommend the boots they are very comfortable I wear 6 days a week sun up to sun down and these have seem to be really good shoes for the job thanks KUJO

Although they are not cheap, the boots arrived in a timely fashion and fit well. Initial purchase [my shoe size] was too small but the exchange process was very easy.

Originally bought size 8.5 which is normally my size. My toes felt crowded so I exchanged them for a size 9 and they fit much better! The exchange process was very simple and the customer service was great! Zero issues. The shoes feel comfortable, lightweight and cool. I use them as a professional landscaper and I Absolutely love them while mowing & string trimming. They don't get filled with clippings like all other shoes do. Same when when mulching and doing leaf cleanups. I love them and will absolutely be a repeat customer.

Really impressed with the Kujo yard shoe. My lawn care company is in south Alabama and I just can't do pants in the summer. I wear shorts and wanted to change the shoes that I wear to something better. Saw some info about these particular Kujos and I am impressed. The fit was spot on. The sole was better than my sneakers that I have worn for a few years and the dew cap is fantastic! I would buy again. My sons prefer pants and boots, so I am trying to get them to try these or another one of their shoes. MB Lawn Care in Headland, AL will be a customer for a long time!

Super comfortable and cool looking yet serious boots for lawn work. Generously sized toe box fits my E sized width foot. An extra pair of boot strings is included with each pair, which shows how thoughtful Kujo guys are to their customers. Totally worth the money. Actually, all of their products exceeded my expectations. I have the shoes, socks, long pants and long-sleeved T shirt.

UPDATE: They reached out to me and informed me they have a 1 year warranty on their products which is awesome! They are sending a replacement pair which will have a different thread than the original pair so I am very excited to try them out. This is exactly how a company should handle issues with their product after the return period. Based on how they handled this I will be trying their other products out. 10/10 would absolutely recommend! I LOVED these pants… before the crotch area started rip out. I have only wore them a total of 8 times but at $10.62 a wear I don’t think they are worth it. I wish they had lasted longer, but they unfortunately did not. Onto the next brand.

Well. I’ve only had these pants on for a couple of hours but I can tell I’m going to love them. The weight is perfect for warmer weather but still warm enough for cooler mornings. Plenty of pockets, a cell phone pocket that is easy to get to and actually fits a cell phone in it. I originally chose the 34 length but they were too long for me. The return was seamless and the customer service was prompt and very helpful when I had questions. I feel like a Kujo rep between owning their shoes, boots and now pants! Great products, great service, great teams and support!

These pants are amazing! I'm a 5'3" size 14 woman and got the 36x30 pants after the kind customer service recommendation. They fit like a glove and I only had to shorten them a little. I can't say enough good things about these pants!! Great pockets, super phone pocket, light weight, wear well. I can't wait to get another set!!

I love these shoes for about every job we do on a daily basis. They fit snug but not tight, keep my feet dry from the morning dew and irrigation checks, and slip right on and my feet and stay comfortable all day. I’ve had several pairs over the past 7 years. And I’ll have many more I’m sure. Customer service is top notch and easy to get in touch with too.
