Something changed from the first pair I purchased. Same size same style but my toes felt cramped in this shoe. I will give the customer service folks a big high five for helping figuring out a a new style that might work better

The shoes were for our son who mows lawns and does other landscape projects in between college semesters over the summer. The 1st pair of shoes we bought started to come apart at the front. I contacted Kujo and got an immediate response. The contact was very transparent and said some batches had quality issues due to an adhesive not working properly. He ensured this had been rectified and immediately shipping a new pair of shoes. The new pair were heavily used and showed none of the issues the 1st pair did. The customer service was exceptional and the 2nd pair shows the quality we've come to expect from Kujo. Would definitely purchase from them again, and would highly recommend.

I prefer to size down in slip on shoes knowing that they will stretch out a bit with wear. The sizing was true and fit as expected, no surprises. I would have went with a half size had it been an option. The heel strap separated from boot after a few uses. Kujo immediately sent a replacement pair and noted they have already addressed the issue for future production. My particular customer service experience was positive.

Purchased these for a trial by fire for my landscaping business. I really, really, really....wanted the cat eye black and orange stitching...but they didn't have size 13. I ordered a size 12 in the cat eye but they were too small so I sent them back in exchange for the black and green stitching. Customer service was awesome in the exchange and blazing fast. I just wish I could have tried the cat eye color in size 13! Military vet here.

My husband is in his 2nd pair. Perfect for basic yard work, sturdier than sneakers and good support and grip on sloped areas.

after ten months the bottoms are falling off contacted customer support and was replaced

Great shoes and great customer service...only shoes I've found that will last an entire season. Are they cheap, nope, but $130 a pair beats 3 pair at $60 which I normally go through In a season. They grip like no other I've seen on all terrains and are very comfortable. I've seen negative reviews saying they are difficult to put on, the same thing that makes them difficult to put on seals debris out from getting in around your ankles. The only complaint I would have had with my last pair was the small pull tab on back of the shoe for pulling them on and am glad to see this has been changed and is greatly improved on the new ones.
