The only change I would make is not having the button on top. It would make it more comfortable with ear muffs

Normal size is 9. 9 was too small so exchanged for 9.5. After wearing the 9.5 for a week, I am going to buy a size 10.

Very happy with product

Originally bought size 8.5 which is normally my size. My toes felt crowded so I exchanged them for a size 9 and they fit much better! The exchange process was very simple and the customer service was great! Zero issues. The shoes feel comfortable, lightweight and cool. I use them as a professional landscaper and I Absolutely love them while mowing & string trimming. They don't get filled with clippings like all other shoes do. Same when when mulching and doing leaf cleanups. I love them and will absolutely be a repeat customer.

I don't know if it's a difference in the color or something else. Previous purchase of the same size didn't have issues, loved them and they lasted for almost the entire mowing season. This time, we purchased a different color and they were too tight. They caused so much foot pain over the one week that they were worn that they are no longer being worn. Unfortunatey they are too dirty to clean up and try to return. If we had a retailer in our area, we would buy in store, but we had to but online. May try a bigger size in the future. If you wear Nikes or need a wide shoe, go up a size.
