I had an issue with these squeaking like an air pocket was broken. As soon as I opened the warranty ticket, they agreed to send new ones!

The toe started coming apart after a week or two. A couple of months later the toe was completely separated. As soon I informed them of the defect, they said they’d send me new ones. Good job!

These shoes are fairly comfortable but they are a little small for my wide feet. I did see after that they recommend going up a size if this is the case. All in all they perform very well. I like the waterproof toe and they are comfortable wearing all day long.

The shoes were for our son who mows lawns and does other landscape projects in between college semesters over the summer. The 1st pair of shoes we bought started to come apart at the front. I contacted Kujo and got an immediate response. The contact was very transparent and said some batches had quality issues due to an adhesive not working properly. He ensured this had been rectified and immediately shipping a new pair of shoes. The new pair were heavily used and showed none of the issues the 1st pair did. The customer service was exceptional and the 2nd pair shows the quality we've come to expect from Kujo. Would definitely purchase from them again, and would highly recommend.

These are great for working in the yard. Unfortunately you didn’t have a size short enough, but I had them hemmed up and they seem to be strong and breathable.
