Save your money

Kujo Jax | Color: Wright | Size: 10.5 Mens / 12 Womens | Greenwood, IN | Verified Purchase

Overall the shoe is okay. It’s snug but tight on top of foot and there’s not much sole support so hurt after wearing all day.

Response from The Kujo Team August 17, 2026

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're sorry to hear the fit was tight across the top and that the arch support wasn't enough for all-day wear. We know everyone's feet are different, which is why we designed our shoes with removable insoles - swapping them out for your preferred orthotics would probably do the trick. If you need further assistance, please reach out to support@kujo.com.

“Did not like the way they fit so ended up keeping them in the closet and using other boots. I bought them because it was a collaboration with wright mowers but I don’t like them”

My feet slide in the shoe

Response from The Kujo Team August 17, 2026

Thanks for giving us a try, and sorry about the fit issue. Wearing thicker socks or swapping in a thicker insole can often help secure the foot and prevent sliding. We also offer free exchanges if you want to try a different size - just make sure they've only been worn inside so they stay clean. If you need further assistance, please reach out to support@kujo.com.

Normal size is 9. 9 was too small so exchanged for 9.5. After wearing the 9.5 for a week, I am going to buy a size 10.

Response from The Kujo Team August 17, 2026

Thanks for giving us a try, and thank you for sharing your fit experience! We're glad we could process your first exchange smoothly with our free shipping (for pairs tried on indoors to stay clean). For anyone reading, we recommend checking out the sizing and fit bar on each product page, along with customer reviews, to help find your ideal size. Shoes are nice , took a little used to getting into them , need a shoehorn , but easy with that , feet stay dry , not much side support if walking on any sloped grass , one of the pieces of black rubber started coming off on bottom though , have not had them that long , couple things , but overall like the product

Go up half a size if you have wider feet.

Shoes would be perfect but my feet are a little thicker. Where the mesh meets the rubber or waterproof spot hurts the top of my foot.

Really need the option for a wide. 3/5 because they’re a great shoe, but very tight at first, but then will loosen up after many wears. Also great on water resistance and traction on wet grasses and hills.

I love your products, have been using them for years, but after just a month of wear, the seams are separating. This pair is not up to standard.

The shoes are great, but if you have a wider foot and wear a 7, half size up and get the 7.5. If you have a narrow foot you should be fine.
