Is shipping really free?
Yes, we offer Free Standard Shipping on every order, for all destinations within the Continental United States. To ensure the fastest delivery, orders placed by 12:00 PM ET (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) ship the same day directly from our warehouse in Toledo, Ohio. Once your order is processed, you will receive an automated email notification containing your tracking number so you can monitor your shipment's progress in real-time.
Are exchanges and returns really free?
Yes, we offer free exchanges and returns on all orders within the continental US for items in "new" condition (unworn and clean). While we provide prepaid labels for the contiguous 48 states, please note that Alaska and Hawaii are excluded from free exchange shipping; for these locations, as well as all exchanges shipped from outside the Continental U.S., you may initiate your exchange and return through our portal but are responsible for all shipping charges, taxes, duties, or custom fees incurred.
How do I exchange or return a product?
You can initiate an exchange or return from the the Orders, Returns, And Exchanges page. Find the item and click the exchange button. You'll select the item you want to exchange for, and then download/print a free shipping label and packing slip.

Yes. We provide worldwide shipping for a flat rate of $65, bringing our products directly to your door regardless of where you are located. Please note that to ensure compliance with local regulations, the buyer is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees as required by law in your specific country. Since these charges are determined by your local customs office and are NOT included in our shipping price, we recommend contacting them directly to calculate any additional fees or restricted items before placing your order. This transparency ensures a smooth delivery process without unexpected surprises at the border.

Where is Kujo located?
We are a small, family-owned company based out of Raleigh, North Carolina (that is where we design and test our shoes) with some team members in Michigan. Our warehouse is in Ohio (that is where we stock and ship our shoes from). Our shoes are manufactured overseas in China. We work with a very high quality, tier 1 factory, and our manufacturer (based in California) has a team of Quality Control Managers that oversee our production runs.
