Yes, we offer free exchanges and returns on all orders within the continental US for items in "new" condition (unworn and clean). We are a small, family-owned company based out of Raleigh, North Carolina (that is where we design and test our shoes) with some team members in Michigan. Our warehouse is in Ohio (that is where we stock and ship our shoes from). Our shoes are manufactured overseas in China. We work with a very high quality, tier 1 factory, and our manufacturer (based in California) has a team of Quality Control Managers that oversee our production runs.
